KPI Green Energy Limited ,is a multi-dimensional solar energy player and prominent contributor in the solar energy space, with interests in power generation as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), turnkey solution provider for Captive Power Producers (CPP) clients, and selling Industrial plots, which are leased back for foraying into solar power generation. The company functions in all of these areas under the brand name of 'Solarism' with main solar plant located at Sudi & Tanchha village in Amod Taluka while the other smaller sized plants located at various villages of Bharuch District (Gujarat). Incorporated in 2008 based out of Gujarat, the company has scaled up to be one of the most relevant and trusted players in the industry having the largest private solar park in Gujarat focused on harnessing solar energy through its various business models. The company has a three-pronged business model built to serve almost every stakeholder in the industry. KPI Green went public through its successful maiden initial Public Offer (IPO) aggregating to Rs. 3,994 Lakhs on the BSE SME platform in January, 2019. The company has established a 13.25 km long 66 KV transmission line of 70 MW capacity upto the GETCO substation located at Amod, Bharuch, Gujarat for evacuation of the solar power generated at the Solarism Plant. The company has already commissioned 100+ MW under IPP vertical & 130+ MW under CPP vertical. The company is in advanced stages of execution of additional 120+ MW Consolidated Solar capacity and 25+ MW Consolidated Hybrid capacity at the solarism plant.

For the Balance of Plant component of the project, KP Energy's end-to-end solution for wind farm development comprises services such as site identification, site preparation, construction & erection, power evacuation, and operations & maintenance. KP Energy plays a critical role in coordinating a wide range of activities related to utility-scale wind farm development. The KP Human Development Foundation (‘the Foundation’), one of the group companies of KP Group established as Non-profit making organization, has embarked on its journey towards giving quality education to the students from underprivileged and downtrodden strata of the society. Accordingly, the Foundation has adopted a Government school with about 1000 students enrolled named Nagar Prathmik Shikshan Samiti, which is located in backward, slum and undeveloped area of Surat city. The entire expense of the Foundation is funded by KP Group of Companies. The main aim of the adoption is to elevate the education standard of these 1000 students by providing them quality education and also to provide all required educational facilities to the students for better learning and their brighter future. In the coming years, the Foundation has plans to carry out academic transformation through access of digital technology, improving physical infrastructure and use of latest educational tools.
